Our Exchange and Return Guidelines

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the following situations:

• The product has a clear manufacturing defect.
• The package is defective or damaged at the time of delivery.

No return will be accepted for any other reason unless expressly approved by us in writing.

2. Consumable Items

All consumable items sold by Royal Swag Telangana are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, except in the case of:

• manufacturing defects, or
• defective or damaged packaging at the time of delivery.

This restriction is applied for hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons.

3. Exchange Policy

In eligible cases where a manufacturing defect is confirmed or the package is found defective on delivery, we may offer an exchange of the affected product.

Exchange will be subject to verification of the issue and approval by our team.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not offered. In approved cases involving verified manufacturing defects or defective packaging on delivery, the primary remedy will be an exchange.

Any exception to this will be at the sole discretion of Royal Swag Telangana.

5. Conditions for Claim

To request an exchange for an eligible issue, you must:

• report the issue within a reasonable time after delivery, preferably within 24 to 48 hours of receipt,
• share your order number or purchase details,
• provide clear photographs or videos showing the defect or package condition, and
• retain the original packaging and product until the claim review is completed.

6. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted in cases including but not limited to:

• change of mind after purchase,
• personal taste or preference,
• opened, used, or partially consumed products without a verified eligible defect,
• claims made without proof of purchase or adequate supporting evidence,
• damage caused after delivery due to mishandling, improper storage, or misuse.

7. Inspection and Approval

All claims are subject to inspection and verification by our team. Royal Swag Telangana reserves the right to determine whether a claim qualifies for exchange under this policy.

8. Shipping and Replacement Handling

If your claim is approved, we will inform you of the exchange process, including any pickup, return, or replacement steps, depending on the delivery location and order type.
